Riley has played on the top team for the San Diego Surf Soccer Club since 2015. In her eight seasons with the club, she has primarily played center back, but she has also seen extensive time as a wing defender. Riley is an aggressive and intelligent player, going in with precision for slide tackles and has the speed, athleticism and strength to track down forwards and shut down opposing team attacks. In 2023, she played every minute at center back during the San Diego Surf 08s ECNL playoff run to the semi-finals. During the 2023 and 2024 club off-seasons, she participated in the San Diego Surf Winter Program to hone her skills and knowledge of the game. She is also rostered on the San Diego Surf WPSL team. 

In her spare time, Riley enjoys reading and rock climbing. She also volunteers her time with her high school’s Athletes Training Athletes where she provides athletic training to children with disabilities. She has two siblings (Jordan and Kennedy) that currently play sports at the collegiate level.
